Howdy Everyone,

I model the Great Northern in HO from the late 40's thru the mid 50's---this was my first train set and I still have it and lots of additional Varney cars and diesel locomotives that are all still operational in DC.

Additionally, I run DCC Union Pacific, Southern Pacific Steam, diesel and BNSF diesel since the Dallas/Forth Worth has both a UP and BNSF presence. I did not get serious about train modeling till last fall and my wife wishes I had never found EBay.

I live in Grapevine, Texas USA, am a retired aerospace and defense Manufacturing Director, worked for Vought Aircraft for 40 years---now Triumph Group.

Interests are travel, golf, photography, woodworking and trains---any kind whether it be scale or full size.
