ALM New Haven Switcher 5007 Yugoslavia

I have a New Haven Switcher Engine 5007 that appears to be pretty old and I have not been able to find any info on it. Underneath is marked yugoslavia. Looking for info on when made and any idea of value or scarcity?

If the marking is AHM from Yugoslavia , it is a switcher from Assoc. Hobby Mfr., later AHM/Rivarossi. Made in 1980s, sold for $20.00 and can be bought on ebay for $15.00.
