My aim is to build a real community where we can all share ideas and help each other to progress in this wonderful hobby. However, it is a lot to do on my own, and it would great if others helped build the community and introducing themselves to other members.

Introduce Yourself On The Forum

The easiest way to get started is to introduce yourself on the Forum and tell others what scale you’re operating, what you like doing, and what you’re working on right now. You can also open a new Forum Topic and ask a question or comment on one of the questions that is already there.

Prize Draw #1

To help get the ball rolling I’m giving away some prizes for the best Forum posting. There’s a T Shirt with matching Cap. Depending on the level of interest I probably have more prizes each month. To enter the prize competition just go to the Forum and register (if you haven’t already done so), and start posting. It’s as easy as that! Remember, you do need to register for the Forum separately. It is free for members.



Prize Draw #2

There is also another great prize to be won this month. All you do is submit details (and photos if you want) of your layout or the project you are working on right now. If you prefer, you can write a quick tutorial, or offer some useful model railroading tips to help others. The best contribution wins a cool T shirt with a matching coffee mug and a bumper sticker to go on your car or beside your layout.
